Mooi Hollands plaatje! Toen ik aan de partner van mijn Australische dochter vroeg:"What do you think of the Netherlands?". Zei hij:"It's very flat and there is a lot of water. And it's very crammed, but the people are nice!" Prettig weekend, Riet!

Beautiful. I was just in Amsterdam (out of the airport) for my very first time last week. I was lucky to capture a photo of a windmill. I haven't posted yet but your photos remind me to do so. Such beauty you've captured ;-)

Lieve Riet,

Geniet ervan!!!

Veel lieve groetjes van Madelief x

YEAH!!!!! WINDMILLS. I LOVE THEM! I think this photo was meant just for me. I adore all windmills and could just kick myself for never leaving my little houseboat in Amsterdam to go out into the countryside to see them. I was going to the symphony every night. Heard Beethoven’s 5th two time. One time from the balcony and the next back up in that area behind the cellos. That was the best...getting to see the conductor walk in and out right beside me. I bought my treasured “Amsterdam Violin” there. Genie

Mooie foto's weer Riet. Lieve groet, Marja
